We do not show photographs of our chauffeurs or close protection officers. They prefer it that way. Suffice to say each is NBI cleared, professionally trained, and selected through a deliberate, multi-stage vetting process.

What is included in the daily rate?

Vehicle, professionally trained chauffeur, fuel within Nairobi metro, and bottled water. Tolls, parking, and out-of-town mileage are billed separately and itemised on your invoice.
How do I pay?

Bank transfer, M-Pesa, or corporate card. Corporate accounts are billed on a monthly cycle.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Within 24 hours, a 25% courtesy fee applies. No charge for force majeure.
Are your chauffeurs and security staff vetted?

Every member of our team is NBI cleared, professionally trained, and bound by strict non-disclosure.
Can you accommodate multi-car convoys?

Yes. Our event coordinators routinely manage two to eight vehicle convoys with lead and follow protection.
